Lions Club of Negombo Horizon celebrated its first charter anniversary on the 26th of March 2011. Our projects were highly appreciated by the lion dignitaries who were present at the occasion. The novel ideas that we introduced to the charter ceremony was brought to notice by the past governors and other dignitaries. During Felicitations they said “This new club has introduced some items (or concepts) that even a very old club would like to add to their charter anniversaries.”
